My name is Julian Mockridge, I trained at the Cambridge College of Hypnotherapy under Josephine Teague, one of the UKs foremost hypnotherapists. Having worked full-time in the drug and alcohol treatment profession for many years as counsellor, trainer and project leader I have been instrumental in helping people to change their lives for the better. I specialise in smoking cessation and weight loss, but have helped clients overcome many varied issues inc. drug addiction, panic attacks, stress, phobias and alcoholism. My theraputic approach is based on the work of Milton Erickson, but i have recieved training and have experience in many other types of therapy.
Based on the Luton and Dunstable Border, I am able to offer appointment times inc. evenings and weekends.
